Classic spicy arugula with oak leaf growth pattern. Deep green, and somewhat curled, with a lighter stem bisecting each leaf. Grows in a bunching pattern with multiple stalks.

Thinning technique

After you've transplanted your seedlings to the grow shelf. Each pod should be thinned to 1 - 2 seedlings. To do this pull out the excess seedlings using a pair of tweezers or your fingers gently.

Harvesting technique

Harvest leaf by leaf for regrowth. Harvest the larger outer stems first at the base of the main stem.
