Thinning technique

After you've transplanted your seedlings to the grow shelf. Each pod should be thinned to 1 seedling. To do this pull out the excess seedlings using a pair of tweezers or your fingers gently.

Harvesting technique

Harvest the entire plant by cutting just above the base of the stem. If harvesting for baby leaf, harvest the entire plant, but leave ⅓ of the plant’s height for regrowth.
