Green Giant Mustard
Oriental mustard
Dense and upright deep green leaves that curl slightly. Long stalks with a leaf that tapers towards the base of the stalk. Leaves are lightly “crinkled”–the crinklier, the spicier! We also offer red, and garnet giant mustard.

Thinning technique
After you've transplanted your seedlings to the grow shelf. Each pod should be thinned to 1 - 2 seedlings. To do this pull out the excess seedlings using a pair of tweezers or your fingers gently.
Harvesting technique
Crop the larger leaves first by trimming at the base of each stem. You may cut the larger leaves from any point on the main stalk, and leave small, inner leaves for regrowth. Never cut the main stalk!
