Curly parsley, flat-leafed parsley

Fragrant herb often chopped and used as a garnish to provide a pop of color and brightness to your favorite dishes. Comes in varieties that produce either curly or flat, serrated leaves depending upon preference. Grows in bunching pattern with multiple stalks for easy harvesting.

Thinning technique

After you've transplanted your seedlings to the grow shelf. Each pod should be thinned to 1 - 2 seedlings. To do this pull out the excess seedlings using a pair of tweezers or your fingers gently.

 

Harvesting technique

Harvest the largest stalks as close to the base of each stem as possible. Leave shorter, immature stalks to grow; new stalks will emerge from base of plant.
