Rosemary produces woody, light brown to white stems with silvery, needle-like foliage. Very thick, grey-green leaves. Multiple stalks per plant. Produces small blue, purple, or pink flowers.

Harvesting technique

Cut stalk by stalk, between sets of leaves. Leave 2 inches at the base of the plant for regrowth.
