Garden sage
Aromatic herb with medium, blade-shaped leaves. Blue-green in color, with a layer of fine, dappled fuzz giving it a very soft fabric-like texture. The leaf undersides are lighter in color with prominent light green veins.

Thinning technique
After you've transplanted your seedlings to the grow shelf. Each pod should be thinned to 1 - 2 seedlings. To do this pull out the excess seedlings using a pair of tweezers or your fingers gently.
Harvesting technique
Find two of the largest leaves on the stem and locate the two small leaf nodes just above the larger leaf set. Cut just above the two small leaf nodes, approximately halfway down the plant.
